Selected work

Four builds and one base layer. Each one says what was done and what came out of it.

MeshPay2025 to 2026

Mesh Radar: an AI-agent system for demand generation

The problem
Knowing who to contact this week, and why now, at a payments infrastructure company selling to enterprise and developer buyers.
What I built
Tiered monitoring of 200+ domains, fit by intent scoring on an ICP I wrote, hard-block and suppression rules, geo-based routing, and sends through HubSpot only after a person approves them. It is an AI-agent system, not a trained or fine-tuned model.
What came out
Together with paid GTM on X and LinkedIn, qualified pipeline for the business team, who owned the close. Deal-level figures are not published here; available on request in an interview.
CoinDCX · OktoMar to Jul 2025

Okto X Ads: 66% lower CPM across 121 campaigns

What I did
Restructured 9 broad country campaigns into 21 country-by-OS splits across 8 markets: UK, France, Germany, Spain, Japan, South Korea, India and Hong Kong.
What came out
The July install cohort delivered 94% of April's impressions on 44% of the budget.
CoinDCX · Okto WalletFeb 2023 to Oct 2025

Okto Wallet: zero to 1M+ users

  • X community from 1K to 200K followers, with 5M+ weekly impressions at peak
  • About $100K a month of creator and community acquisition, CAC from $20 to $15 in three months
  • A $500K, 150+ creator perpetuals launch at about 4x ROAS
  • Telegram developer community past 10K, and Okto SDK clients from 10 to 50 through hackathons and trust-building
Personal buildWorking system

An outbound agent that starts with "why now"

How it runs
Every day it reads the news for companies with a trigger event, such as a funding round or a product launch. It classifies each as competitor or prospect, runs cold email with scheduled follow-ups, and routes replies to a person. It is run from Slack or a light web frontend.
Cost and reach
A full daily run costs under $20 in API usage. The scoring logic can be coded to 100+ parameters, such as ICP fit, deal stage, geography and buying signals.
How I judge it
Replies, meetings booked and pipeline created. Not emails sent.
Since 2018The base layer

Writing and content, where it started

Research pieces, app screen copy for Okto, crypto news for an online media house, website copy for a decentralized exchange, blogs and PR articles, meme marketing, carousels, LinkedIn management, and an X handle run end to end for a decentralized storage token.

How we would work together

Three steps, the same every time.

01

A scoping call

We talk through what the project involves, what my role would be, and whether we fit.

02

A shared timeline

We agree a practical timeline for each deliverable, so nobody is guessing about dates.

03

The work, delivered

I deliver the work we pictured on the first call, on the dates we agreed.

How I report. Registrations, qualified leads, replies and conversion. Reach and impressions appear as context, never as the result.

I learned this industry the slow way

In 2018 I said yes to writing about blockchain without knowing what it was, because it paid better. I spent the next seven years being confused by it professionally: NFTs I did not understand in 2021, DeFi jargon I feared before I could define it, and whitepapers I wrote dense enough to confuse the person I used to be.

Three years of marketing exchanges and NFT marketplaces later, I realized the confusion was never mine alone. Everyone just wanted to buy some crypto, send it to a friend, and be done in ten seconds. That is what I market toward now: chain abstraction, or in plainer words, making the ten seconds all anyone has to deal with.
